Jeff Frandsen, President
For the past 11 years Mr. Frandsens career has been focused on healthcare leadership. He served as chief executive officer for Hospitals within the HealthTrust, HCA, and Lifepoint Hospitals health systems. His strength is in organizational strategic planning, development, and service line marketing. He has substantial experience working with physician providers in not only his role as hospital CEO, but as Regional Director of Physician Services for HealthTrust hospitals. Hospitals where Mr. Frandsen has served as CEO have earned the status of Top 100 hospital in the United States 6 times. He has served as Vice President of sales for Ingenix/St. Anthonys data and consulting services. The key to his professional success has been an aggressive balance between operations, market positioning and strategic networking. He received his MPA (health emphasis) and B.S. in Political Science from BrighamYoungUniversity.
Scott Schreyer, Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Schreyer has a broad and deep career background in technology sales, marketing and management. Scotts experience covers the entire supply chain including Manufacturer Representative, wholesale distribution, direct corporate sales as well as retail management. His primary focus and expertise lie in partnering and sales/business management. For the past six years, as Vice President in the Partner Sales organization for Compaq (HP), he was responsible for enterprise distributors, volume distributors, resellers and most recently the worlds largest consultant and systems integration partners. He has seasoned skills in building strong businesses. As Director, Networking Sales and Marketing for Compaq he played a key role in merging three new company acquisitions and managed rapid growth of this new market segment. He also founded and served as President of a computer hardware distribution company, Horizon Products, and later negotiated a merger with a large national distributor and served as Regional Vice President. The new region produced 500% growth in sales in two years making it the fastest growing region in the company. As a result, Scott was nominated for the Zions Bank, "Upn Comers Award" in 1991. He received his B.A. in Sociology from the University of Utah.
David Yurth, Director: Science & Technology
Mr. Yurth's focus and experience has been in the field of technology development, invention management, and integration consulting. His role as managing partner, founder, director, and CEO of companies such as Page Turn, LLC, Diversified Holdings, Ltd., X Out Corporation, Nu OmniComm Technologies, Primary Technologies, Inc., and as a Regent of Global University, have provided a leadership edge in the technology industry. Mr. Yurth's experience is heavily weighted in industry networking, technology analytics and research, and product market delivery. He has invented or co-invented a number of innovative technology-based integrations including the X Chip, Guayule Rubber Latex Commercialization Process, Dialog Language Replacement System, Wireless Video Conferencing System, PageTurn computer display system, Collective Ion Accelerator System [for treating radioactive nuclear waste], Electronically Shaded Glass, FloatFisher personal watercraft, and the SREV [Self-Recharging Electric Vehicle]. He is the author of ten books, more than a dozen screen plays and has published 23 scientific papers, articles and monographs. He received his B.A. in English from Weber State University, Ogden, Utah: MBA in Organizational Leadership from Capella University, Minneapolis, Minnesota, and is currently finishing his PhD in International Business.
